Hi, I’m Jeannie Collins

For me, photography has always been more than taking pictures; it’s about capturing the essence of who you are. I’ve been photographing professionally for over 20 years, but my love for the camera started long before that. At just 8 years old, I won a national photography contest — and from there, I was hooked. By high school, I was the yearbook photographer (and eventually editor), and in college, I was the one making sure friends never left an event without photos to remember it by.

Today, that same passion drives me to capture families, children, seniors, and milestones with authenticity and heart.

My sessions are relaxed, natural, and often child-led. I’ll guide you into beautiful light and meaningful interactions, then step back and let the magic happen. My goal isn’t just to take a pretty picture — it’s to capture those fleeting in-between moments that feel like you.

I was honored as Georgia’s Best Family Photographer in 2024.

I hold two master’s degrees and an Education Specialist degree, with 27 years in the field of education.

I love to travel and have photographed in Italy, Paris, Uganda, Ecuador, and the Galapagos Islands. (Iceland is next on my list!)
